The beginning of the period during which comments may be submitted to the document draft. ISO-8601 date.
The end of the period during which comments may be submitted to the document draft. The end of the period may change, and may be left open-ended (omitted). ISO-8601 date.
Series that the document belongs to. Legal values:

The date a document becomes effective. YYYY-MM-DD.
The date a document becomes no longer effective. YYYY-MM-DD.
Appendixes are annexes marked as informative instead of normative, which is the default.
Appendixes are numbered with Arabic numerals rather than letters, as a separate sequence from normative Annexes.

In addition, Annexes can have their own appendixes; this means supplementary clauses to the annex, rather than informative clauses within the annex. Appendices to annexes are marked up with an option attribute of "appendix":
