Metanorma BIPM attribute notes
This page collects usage notes that accompany the Metanorma BIPM document attributes reference. The attributes themselves (including :si-aspect:, :document-scheme:, and :meeting-note:) are documented there.
Draft mode
The attribute :draft:, if present, includes review notes in the XML output; these are otherwise suppressed.
SI aspect logo
The :si-aspect: attribute gives the domain of SI covered by the document; it is used to select the logo on the PDF cover page. The logo nominates one primary SI base units, and defining consonants for that unit and possibly others as well.
Document scheme and ancillary content
Naming of appendices and annexes varies by document-scheme. The attribute name remains consistently appendix-id for the top level of ancillary content, and annex-id for the second level of ancillary content.
If the scheme is 2019, the labels of second-level and third-level ancillary content are Appendix/Annex in English, Annexe/Annexe in French. If the scheme is 2021 or later, the labels are Annex/Annexe in English, Appendix/Appendice in French metanorma-bipm ≥ v2.6.11.
